The Power Lies Within You!

You have the power to control your subconscious mind. Whatever information you take in and choose to accept, your subconscious will accept it as fact. If you feel overwhelmed by your circumstances and find your mind iving in the negative, you can reset your mindset and take back control by what you allow into your mind.

If we are in control of our control then we are responsible for our outcomes and therefore our lives. You can tell your mind anything you wish and it will accept that information as fact, so it’s important to originate news ideas through practices like visioneering, auto-suggestion, and self-talk. We can create a new story in our minds by adding the following 3 practices to your daily routine.

1. Repetition
There are two ways in which our subconscious mind will accept a new idea. One way is with emotional impact. We all have those moments from life that stick with us,
something pivotal happened, and we have kept that memory with us. The second way is through repetition (autosuggestion).
Use this affirmation, from Bob Proctor, and over the next 3 weeks, repeat it daily to yourself – out loud.
“I willingly release the thoughts and things that clutter my mind, and I allow Spirit to work through me and express itself in a far greater way. I recognize that my results and my being are not the same things, and I reaffirm that I am a creative person. I go forward in a spirit of expectation and understand that I cannot know all of what the
universe has in store for me, so I will remain open to all things. I am so happy and grateful now that the good, which I desire, is worthy of me. I move forward with the joyful expectation that I will achieve my goal.”
2. Spiritual Self
When you look in the mirror, do you see yourself as you are today, or do you see the spirit within you, the essence of who you are, what your dreams are, and what you
CAN and WILL become? Each morning take a moment, look at yourself in the mirror, and listen. Your wants and desires come from within you – urging you to be, do, and have everything that your desire.
3. Change your habits
Take out a piece of paper and a pen, or take notes in your phone. Write down all the activities you do throughout your day, these are your habitual behaviors. After a couple of days, a pattern will reveal itself. Look at the behaviors you’re repeating and ask yourself which of them is not serving your greater purpose, then decide you’re going to change it! These are simple, yet powerful exercises that have the ability to serve your higher purpose. Bringing you more positivity and providing you the power to reset your mind -forever.
